The process usually begins with an initial discussion in the Highcliffe Showroom with a customer to discuss the look and feel of what they are looking for. The second stage involves a survey when either Phil or his business partner will visit the customer's home and make a detailed note of their requirements. Phil describes his most valuable skill as being able to listen to what his customers are saying. |

The third stage of kitchen planning involves Phil designing and planning a kitchen for the customer and preparing a quotation. Great care and detail is taken at this stage, for example - what type of work top does the customer require? Would they like their appliances integrated? When this is completed, Phil invites the customer back into the showroom for a presentation of his designs. |
The whole process is very low key, and only when the customer is completely happy will Phil, who is a qualified interior designer, ask for a deposit. Such professionalism is a rarity amongst kitchen designers. The lead time for most kitchen deliveries is between two and six weeks. On average the fitting time for a kitchen (dependant upon size and design) can be about a week and a half. Phil employs several teams of fitters, most of who have been with him for many years. |
