Situated in the heart of the New Forest Brookleys Bistro has been under the direction and ownership of Jean-Marc Charton since June 2008. He has put together a superb team which is waiting to welcome you to the delightful surroundings. Set in the centre of Brockenhurst you can dine inside or out.

Our Menus
We have separate menus for lunch and dinner. Lunch is an informal affair whilst dinner is slightly more formal but still relaxed. We also serve coffee and light snacks.
We have daily specials for both lunch and dinner often using local produce and know you will enjoy your meal whatever you choose.
