The Property Management & Letting Company (New Forest) Ltd was established in 1992 and specialises in both residential and holiday lettings. Areas covered include Highcliffe through to Cadnam and across to Calshot, including Forest and coastal areas. Ideally situated close to Brockenhurst station, the PMLC office is often the first port of call for people seeking a residential or holiday let.
The PMLC team consists of Deborah (owner/manager) who has 12 years experience in the industry, Tricia with 18 years experience working in sales and letting in the Southampton area. Last but not least is Vicky who for the past four years has been involved with B & B bookings and Lesley who emanates from Australia and has much experience and knowledge of the property industry.
Currently Deborah and her team are delighted to offer The Summer House as a holiday let. This is a quaint country cottage tastefully decorated and is set in the grounds of the owner's home near Lymington. This delightful self catering cottage ideal for the discerning holidaymaker and comprises of a sitting room, small kitchen area with a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Outside is an area for sitting and eating, off road parking for two vehicles and an electronically gated access.
