Immigration arrests at New Forest care home |

ELEVEN people have been arrested in an immigration raid on a Ringwood nursing home today. Officers from the UK Border Agency visited Linford Park Nursing Home in Poulner near Ringwood at 6am after a tip-off. Three members of staff were also arrested by public protection officers from Hampshire Constabulary following contact from the Border Agency. Last night the three employees remained in custody. “Eleven people have been detained by the UK Border Agency.” He added that the raid was supported by Hampshire County Council’s adult services department. Immigration officers are questioning those arrested tonight from the Poulner nursing home.
