By taking part in this ride, you'll be helping us draw attention to male cancers, as well as raising vital funds to help us continue our work at  Orchid Cancer.

Orchid was the first charity set up to fund research into the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of prostate, penile and testicular cancer. We promote awareness and education about these previously neglected, life-threatening diseases. 

So please get as many sponsors as you can.

Riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and wear a cycle helmet. 

Road bike / hybrid / mountain bike suitable on medium / long routes. 
Hybrid / mountain bike suitable only on short route.

There's a choice of three routes, all starting and finishing in Brockenhurst. Quiet roads and gentle hills make the shorter rides ideal for families. 

Short Route - 17 miles - following forest tracks so nearly all traffic-free. NOT suitable for racing bikes.
