Set in 40 acres this idyllic New Forest School provides a tranquil setting in which to host your special event. Ballard’s buildings are set in 40 acres of attractive grounds. There is a beautiful water garden and extensive car parking on site.
With three rooms in the main school, the option of a marquee in the grounds and a unique Performing Arts Centre, Ballard School makes the perfect venue for a wedding fayre.
With its galleried staircase and open fireplace, the entrance hall makes an ideal reception room for all guests on arrival to the school. It leads into both the Chapel and the Old Billiard Room and is the perfect location for wedding photographs.
Light and airy, this beautiful stained glass room has stunning views of the grounds of the school. It leads directly to the back terrace onto a raised covered area ideal for a BBQ, hog roast or for the erection of a marquee.
With up to 45 exhibitors we know we can help you make the right decisions for your special day.

Our Signature event is held every July at the magnificent Cams Hall Fareham. This fayre has become very popular with exhibitors and customers alike, a huge success with a footfall of over 700 and an average of over 300 actual brides attending this fayre.
This 300 year old grade II listed mansion, sited amid parkland overlooking Portsmouth Harbour, Has been beautifully restored to its original Georgian splendour. With its impressive drive it is perfect for displaying classic and vintage cars, on the back lawn we will have a marquee, a hog roast and a seating area where you can relax and take in Cams Halls fantastic views. See amazing dresses, Stunning photography, beautiful flowers, and sample the chocolate fountain. With over 55 of the best exhibitors that Hampshire has to offer, we can guarantee that you will find all you need to make your wedding day perfect.

The Cathedral have allowed us to exhibit in the fantastic George bell house.
At the Vicars Hall, You will find 35 exhibitors from stunning bridal gowns to amazing photographers, a chocolate fountain and lots more.
Take a stroll around the magnificent grounds. Stop for a coffee or even lunch in the Cloisters cafe. View the stunning vintage and classic cars as you walk to George bell house. This venue offers so much its more of a day out than a wedding fayre.

As you arrive through the ornate wrought-iron gates, New Place never fails to impress. This grade I listed house is a true masterpiece of brickwork, a home that combines Tudor and Elizabethan eccentricities with subtle, modern touches.
Fittingly, the home was commissioned as a wedding gift, designed and built by the famous British architect, Sir Edwin Lutyens. He merged the interior of an existing 17th century mansion with his own signature style; the results are nothing short of spectacular. The building is steeped in history and with the Vast guildhall steps and the opulent surroundings, makes it a fantastic venue for your wedding. The fayre will take place in the main hall with bridal fashion shows at 12.00am,and 2.00pm. We also have the small concert hall and the Harlequin room, with exhibitors in the south and north foyer too. This fayre will open at 10.30 am through to 4.00pm entry is £2.00
