Initial Health and Fitness Assessment The assessment of your body's current state of health and fitness allows David to establish your physical profile and in turn create your personal exercise and nutritional programme. Personal Training Training sessions take place at David's private fitness suite which is located near Lymington in the New Forest. The suite has been designed to create a unique training environment with privacy in mind. Personal training sessions can also be tailored around the New Forest, with some breathtaking runs and stunning cycle routes designed and pre-run or cycled by David.
