Brand new for 2012! New Park, Brockenhurst, home of the New Forest & Hampshire County Show, is launching their first Easter Spring Fair on Sunday 8th April. The Fair will have a full programme of events in the display ring, with the opportunity for local people to bring their horses to compete in showing and jumping competitions. There will also be a range of country activities to take part in including archery and laser shooting.
Visitors will be able to browse around an array of trade, food and craft stands and enjoy viewing a range of animals.
This will be a really enjoyable fun filled day out for all the family and something for all ages.

If you are looking for interesting, local or crafty gifts to give this Christmas, put Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 December in your diary for a jam-packed, bustling Christmas Fair at New Park, Brockenhurst.The fair is being hosted at the New Forest Showground in conjunction with the Forestry Commission, the New Forest Marque and the National Park Authority. Come and enjoy a delicious mulled wine or hot chocolate while you explore the tasty food and home-made or unusual gifts on offer from local producers. To ensure a truly festive experience a brass band, carol singers and refreshments will be on offer, and Santa will be making an appearance.Visitors will also be able to buy home-grown Christmas trees and holly wreaths courtesy of the Forestry Commission. Last year over 2,000 Christmas trees and holly wreaths were sold at New Park. All of the trees are grown especially for Christmas on plantations in the UK, and more trees are planted every year than harvested. There will be an expert team of staff on hand too, to help you choose and wrap your perfect tree.Many of the stands will be under a marquee or a gazebo and there is ample parking available.
